If you are collecting from the shop, there is no need to pre-book. Please just ring the bell on the counter and you will be served. The prices on the website can only be a guide if you are collecting; prices for collection only are displayed at the counter.
Shipping
We ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only, orders can be placed however at anytime. All orders once shipped are on a 24 hour turnaround in the summer months and 48 during the winter months, sometimes we ship the meat iced or fresh so do not be alarmed if it is not frozen.
Please note all orders need to be signed for, so if you are not going to be in leave a clear note on your front door with clear instructions – we do not take returns, if the meat arrives and you are out it will then be your responsibility to arrange another delivery not ours!
Shipping costs
We have no control on shipping costs these tariffs are set by Parcelforce. They are weight based so EVERY 20 kilo will cost the same in shipping as 10 kilo – Which is £8.00. (30KG/40KG = £16)
