All meat is shipped frozen and comes in a polly box to ensure it stays fresh for 24 hours it is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is at the premises to receive our meat, if there is no one at the ordered address the meat will be left on the doorstep.

Returns Policy

Unfortunately we only accept returns if the item you receive is not what you ordered.
This is due to that fact that our items are perishable.

As we cannot give an exact time of delivery please leave a note on your door stating where your order should be left, if you are not going to be at the delivery address.This should be with a neighbour, or in a cool place.
