Our mince is produced from whole Turkey Carcases, not just rib cages void of meat, ours is packed meat, – 10% offal is then added, please see our images and compare.

Our mince is dispatched in 10 kg batches frozen and Pre-packed into 1 kilo blocks and bagged, we no longer use cartons for any of our range due to our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint
